1365 is a modified organic compound containing special functional groups. It can effectively eliminate the pinhole problem that occurs during the curing process of HAA systems. It is designed as a defoamer for powder coating on porous substrates. It reduces color yellowing, improves the smoothness of metal surfaces, and prevents aluminum powder from floating to the surface of the coating film. It also enhances the flowability of powder particles and the leveling of powder coatings.

Usage and Dosage
Add 0.5-1.0% of the total weight of the formula. Mix with all other components in a high- speed mixer, then extrude through an extruder. As it is easily dispersed into a free-flowing powder, the specific dosage should be determined based on experimental conditions.
Packaging and Storage
Packaged in kraft paper bags lined with polyethylene, each bag weighs 20kg net. Based on our experience, this product has a shelf life of at least 2 years when stored at temperatures below 32℃.
