Product Characteristics
- This product does not contain wax and does not affect the transfer performance of the product.
- The preparation process is simple, directly mixed with other raw materials for extrusion, without the need for epoxy consumption. It does not alter the epoxy-polyester ratio, making it cost-effective and easy to use.
- It has strong resin adaptability, with good matting effects on commonly seen matting resins in the market, excellent adaptability to baking temperature fluctuations (temperature and heating rate have very little impact on gloss), and excellent re-extrusion gloss stability.
- After secondary extrusion, the gloss is very stable, and it has good anti-yellowing performance.
Usage and Dosage
The dosage is 1-4.5% of the total weight of the formulation. Mix with other components of the formulation in a high-speed mixer, then extrude through an extruder.

Tips:
- There are differences between different polyesters, so it is recommended to conduct small sample tests before mass production to determine the effect.
- Choosing matting barium as filler will be better than other types of fillers
- It is not recommended to add accelerators in the formulation, as it may cause an increase in gloss.
- Lower extrusion temperature, faster feeding, and slower screw speed result in better matting effect.
Packaging and Storage
Packaged in kraft paper bags lined with polyethylene, each bag has a net weight of 25kg
Based on our experience, the product remains effective for at least 1 year when stored at temperatures below 32°C.
