FM-1380 is a modified polyethylene micro powder wax designed for use in non-stick coating products and other specialized applications. When added to powder coatings and inks, it imparts an extremely low coefficient of friction. The product offers excellent slip in coatings and printing inks, exceptional scratch resistance and smoothness in powder coatings, anti-caking properties, and superior stain resistance. It also improves the flowability of powder in pipelines and spraying devices.

Usage and Dosage
This product is highly suitable for various industries, including metal baking paint, powder coatings, plastic coatings, and UV-curable coatings. The recommended dosage is 0.3-1.0% of the total formulation. It should be added in the later stages of the production process and mixed at high speed for optimal dispersion.
