FM-1366F is a synthetic micro-powder mixture, usually recommended for powder coating on porous substrates such as cast iron and cast aluminum. It eliminates shrinkage cavities and defects, has high defoaming capability, can be dry mixed for application, and improves surface leveling. It has outstanding anti-yellowing properties and provides lubrication, enabling degassing on porous surfaces like cast iron. In HAA curing systems, it can work synergistically with benzoin to reduce the yellowing of benzoin.

Usage and Dosage
Add 0.5-1.0% of the total weight of the formula. Mix with all other components in a high-speed mixer, then extrude through an extruder. As it is easily dispersed into a free-flowing powder, it can also be dry mixed for application if necessary.

Packaging and Storage
Packaged in kraft paper bags lined with polyethylene, each bag weighs 20kg net.
Based on our experience, this product has a shelf life of at least 1 year when stored at temperatures below 32℃.
