FM-1366F is a synthetic micro-powder mixture, usually recommended for powder coating on porous substrates such as cast iron and cast aluminum. It eliminates shrinkage cavities and defects, has high defoaming capability, can be dry mixed for application, and improves surface leveling. It has outstanding anti-yellowing properties and provides lubrication, enabling degassing on porous surfaces like cast iron. Usage and Dosage
Add 0.5-1.0% of the total weight of the formula. Mix with all other components in a high-speed mixer, then extrude through an extruder. As it is easily dispersed into a free-flowing powder, it can also be dry mixed for application if necessary.
