- FM-1382F is an ultra-fine polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) micro powder wax with a large specific surface area, making it easy to disperse. It enhances surface smoothness, tactile feel, non-stick properties, and improves the processing performance of products. It is suitable for non-stick coating products and other specialized applications.
- When added to powder coatings and inks, it imparts an extremely low coefficient of friction. The product offers excellent slip in coatings and printing inks, improves scratch resistance in wood coatings, and provides superior wear resistance, sliding properties, and scratch resistance.
- It is insoluble in any solvent, providing heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and chemical resistance, even at high temperatures. It can be used in combination with polyethylene wax micro powder to achieve complementary effects.
- In powder coatings, it offers exceptional scratch resistance and smoothness, excellent slip and anti-caking properties, and superior stain resistance, improving the flowability of powder in pipelines and spraying devices.

Usage and Dosage
This product is highly suitable for various industries, including paints and coatings, powder coatings, plastic coatings, and UV-curable coatings. The recommended dosage is 0.3-0.8% of the total formulation. It should be added in the later stages of the production process and mixed at high speed for optimal dispersion.
Packaging and Storage
- Packaged in kraft paper bags with polyethylene liners, each bag containing a net weight of 20 kg.
- Based on our experience, the product has a shelf life of at least 2 years when stored at temperatures below 32°C.
