Technical Parameters
| Appearance | Melting Point | Particle Size | Texture |
|---|---|---|---|
| White powder | Approximately 320°C | 20 | Medium sand texture |
Usage and Dosage
Mix and extrude with other materials. The addition amount is 1%-3%. It can be used in combination with organic bentonite and accelerators to adjust the coarseness of the texture. Adding leveling agents in the formula can improve the texture powder's resistance to color contamination.
| FM-5010 | High purity extra fine sand grain agent | This product has good dispersibility, low dosage, stable gloss, and good overall performance for ultrafine textures. Used in outdoor systems, widely applied to electrical casings, thermos cups, aluminum alloy products. | Pre-add 0.1- 0.5% |
| FM-5009 | Texturing agent | excellent dispersibility and stable texture effects. More economical with higher cost performance. | Pre-add 0.2- 0.6% |
| FM-5031 | High-purity ultrafine texturing agent | suitable for any powder coating system, such as pure epoxy, epoxy/polyester, polyester/TGIC, or HAA. The coating shows a uniform fine texture, with more pronounced and stable texture effects compared to current texturing additives. | Pre-add 0.1- 0.5% |
