The fluorine-free texturing agent is used in powder coatings to create a textured finish. By adjusting the formula and pairing it with organic bentonite, it can produce coarse and very fine textures, widely used in electrical instrument casings and aluminum alloy coatings. It is suitable for any powder coating system, such as pure epoxy, epoxy/polyester, polyester/TGIC, resulting in a uniform textured appearance. Usage and Dosage
Mix and extrude with other materials. The addition amount is 1%-3%. It can be used in combination with organic bentonite and accelerators to adjust the coarseness of the texture. Adding leveling agents in the formula can improve the texture powder's resistance to color contamination.
