Compared with previous texture additives used, the texture effect of the coating is more pronounced and stable when using 5010 sand texture agent mixed with other
materials and extruded together. A dosage of 0.1-0.3% can achieve good results, with clear and distinct sand textures suitable for any system of powder coatings such as
pure epoxy, epoxy/polyester, polyester/TGIC or HAA and PU etc., presenting a uniform fine sandy appearance on the coating surface
Usage and Dosage
Mix together with other components in the formulation in a high-speed mixer, then extrude through an extruder
Packaging and Storage
Packaged in cowhide paper drums lined with polyethylene; net weight per drum is 20KG
Based on our experience, this product has a shelf life of at least two years when stored at temperatures below 32℃."
