1.Method of adding S-108 and corresponding experiments
- Take 250g of black gloss powder, black matte powder, and ultra-fine black gauze powder without additives each time, add S-108 nano-gas phase aluminum oxide C at 0.1% and 0.2% respectively, shake well, sieve, and shake well again.
- Spray the plate through a 180-mesh sieve and test the sample.
- Place each powder added with S-108 in an oven set at 45℃ for one week and observe the agglomeration.
- Measure the flow index of each powder respectively
