Directions
This product can be directly added to the finished powder and sieved with 80 mesh or above, or added when the flakes are crushed.

Application in powder coating

1.Method of adding S-300 and corresponding experiments
Take 250g of black highlight powder, black matte powder and extra-fine black gauze powder without any additives each time, add S-300 nano-fumed alumina C at 0.1% and 0.2% respectively, shake well, sieve and shake well again.
- Spray the plate through a 180-mesh sieve and test the sample.
- Place each powder with S-300 added in an oven set at 45°C for one week and observe the agglomeration.
- Measure the flow index of each powder separately.
